We ship our products worldwide via reliable shipping companies such as FEDEX or UPS. Delivery times generally vary between 7 and 13 business days. It may take 9-14 business days depending on remote countries. The product page indicates how many days it will take to reach your country. However, please note that it may vary depending on customs procedures and country. We ship on the same day. Your cargo tracking number is displayed when your cargo reaches the agency and is transferred to the plane. and will be sent to you by e-mail. If you do not receive the cargo tracking number in your e-mail, you may have entered the wrong e-mail and please try logging in to the system or send us an e-mail stating your name, surname and order date. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and you are responsible for tracking your cargo throughout the delivery period using your cargo tracking number. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and you are responsible for tracking your shipment throughout the delivery period using your tracking number.


Customs Procedures and Tax Identification Numbers


Customs procedures vary for all countries in the world. For European countries and the UK, we ship by entering tax identification numbers (IOSS) and for the UK, VAT numbers to facilitate customs procedures. This is a practice to speed up customs procedures and keep customs costs to a minimum.


Customs Costs and Fees


No customs fees are usually incurred, but in rare cases, additional customs fees may be incurred depending on your country's customs procedures. Please check your country's customs policies and restrictions in case customs fees are charged. Meridetoxtea does not cover customs fees and any additional customs fees that may occur are the responsibility of the customer.

In cargoes with customs fees, since the cargoes of customers who do not accept the customs fee are returned, a serious expense occurs within the return cargo fee and file expense and extra return customs fee.

Since this expense usually exceeds the product costs, the fee can never be refunded. You can learn the round trip and return customs expenses from any cargo company related to the subject.


Delivery Address and Information


Please make sure that you provide the delivery address and contact information correctly and completely when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses that may occur due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.


Damaged or Lost Shipments


For damaged shipments, please receive your cargo with a damage report when receiving it. No action is taken without a damage report when receiving your cargo.


For lost shipments and cargoes that appear to have been delivered but have not been received, please call the cargo company with the tracking number given to you.
